The 1960s

Some of the materials that changed the market in the 1960s were plastics, metal technologies, and goods plus aluminum products. The design was becoming sleeker and more minimalistic; methods became very simple and easy to use. Three industries were affected most by this the technology industry, TVs and cassettes to mass-produced plastic chairs. Chairs became very sleek and could produce with multiple seating like the Charles and Ray Herbs trim sling. Modern seating was becoming for everyone. Finally, the sports industry changed positively, creating sports technologies that would advance the player's abilities to play better. 

The 60s were booming with new technologies, especially for the sports industry; exploring new metals/aluminum became a massive part of the 60s. The aluminum tennis racket is one of these inventions that changed the game in the tennis world, having a lightweight fit for the player and easier grip and   would not wood base eventually snap by the player
